These front and profile images, © Josie Galante, are not of the Starchild, they are an eye-witness rendition of an alien/human hybrid child. Note the similarity between the skull that would fit inside this child's head and the Starchild skull. Pay particular attention to the size and position of the neck relative to the cranium, which is very close to what would be expected for the neck size and position of the Starchild.
